It depends on where you are. All orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
NIVIOUR does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on any items. All sales are final.
Please refer to our size charts for every item to make sure you are ordering the correct size.
If an item is defective or wrong, we WILL either refund you or replace it. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
